Description

Located in the fertile coastal prairie region of Texas, this commercial farming operation is comprised of approximately 4,128 acres. Historically, the farm has predominantly grown rice on around 4,000 tillable and laser-leveled acres. With an abundance of water, the farm is supplied by 8 ag wells at strategically placed locations across the property with the wells producing between 1,500 gallons per minute and 4,500 gallons per minute. The headquarters of the operation include a 4,200 SF office building built in 2013; five grain tanks on a "loop" system that hold 43,500 bushels each with internal stirrers, with a truck scale and scale house, all built in 2014; several equipment barns; and grain elevator facility.
