During his career, Cody has been the recipient of numerous awards including the 2010 Commercial Transaction of the Year awarded by the Texas Association of Realtors. A Texas A&M University graduate, Cody earned the elite Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and is a current member of the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership (TALL) - XV Cohort. Cody resides in East Texas with his wife, Taylor, and their four children.

    As one of the state’s leading and most respected wildlife biologists, as well as being an avid outdoorsman, naturalist, ranch manager and fifth-generation landowner, Macy intimately understands land and wildlife management and pride of ownership. After earning a Wildlife Ecology degree from Texas A&M University in 1992, Macy worked for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in South Texas for ten years. Demand from landowners in other regions of Texas led Macy to start his own private consulting business, Spring Creek Outdoors, LLC.

    Private landowner rights and sound wildlife management practices are very important issues to Macy, compelling him to become involved in the legislative process. When the Texas Legislature is in session, Macy can be found at the capitol testifying before legislative committees, visiting individual lawmakers, and serving as an information resource. He has also traveled to Washington, D.C. to lend support to these issues on the federal level. Macy is a co-author of 21st Century Landowner Guide: Texas Model, a guide for private property rights and responsibilities, and sound wildlife management practices tailored specifically for Texas.

    Macy is a graduate of the King Ranch Advanced Ranch Management program and is the recipient of several industry awards, including the Hunter Heritage Foundation 2013 Wildlife Industry Leadership & Development Award as Private Property Protector of the Year, and Texas Deer Association’s President’s Appreciation Award for 2011 and 2012. He is a very proud member of the advisory board for Combat Marine Outdoors, an organization that provides hunting opportunities for wounded warriors.

    As owner of the oil and gas land services company, Cabeza Resources, LLC, Loren has spent his career talking with landowners and researching in court houses across East Texas in order to successfully develop the region’s famed oil and gas reserves. As a Registered Professional Landman, Loren’s expertise lies in determining mineral ownership, leasehold ownership and all areas of land title and leasing. Facilitating real estate transactions is a natural extension of Loren’s work as a Landman.

    Loren graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development. He is a former member of the Corps of Cadets and was a member of Parson’s Mounted Cavalry and the Ross Volunteers. He enjoys spending time with his family, building projects, hunting, traveling, and Aggie Football. Loren resides in Flint, Texas, with his wife Alaina, and their two children, John and Kate.

    Lee’s passion for land stewardship began at an early age on his grandfather’s tractor in an East Texas hayfield. Since then, an undeniable calling into the ranching industry has been confirmed time and again. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2004, his career has led him to overseeing reputable, large-scale ranching operations from the fertile Brazos Bottom, to the Coastal Bend of deep South Texas, and now to the Rolling Plains region of West Central Texas. Not only does Lee possess intimate knowledge of what it takes to enhance complex systems in natural resources, but has also demonstrated his ability to care for the financial side of farm and ranch transactions through a brief tenure within the Farm Credit system. Lee’s experiences have developed in him the ability to adopt the owners’ goals and design initiatives that handle their respective vision with the utmost care. This unique skillset offers a high level of professionalism and competence to add value to our clients.

    In addition to his ranching pursuits, Lee is an active member within Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers’ Association (TSCRA) where he has served on various committees and has met with members of Congress to address pertinent issues to landowner rights and beef industry topics. Additionally, he is a Texas Agriculture Lifetime Leadership (TALL) XV member and a graduate of the King Ranch Institute’s Advanced Ranch Management certification program. Lee currently resides in Albany, TX with his wife, Alicia, and their four children (Gage, Truitt, Cameron, and Clancy). As a family, they are active in their church and enjoy spending time outdoors.

    Kit has over 30 years of ranching experience in southern Colorado and 19 years of experience in real estate exchanges in southern and western Colorado with over 200,000 acres exchanged. Kit has been managing agricultural leases (grazing and irrigated) and recreational leases (hunting/fishing) on 500,000 acres in 23 counties of Colorado for the last 19 years. He attended Texas A&M University for two years prior to moving to Colorado. Kit has extensive range and wildlife management experience on large and small properties alike.

    Kit’s personal ranching operations have included cow/calf, yearlings, sheep and horses. He also has experience with flood and sprinkler irrigation for alfalfa and grass hay production and Colorado water issues/rights. He and his wife conducted one or two working ranch horse sales each year for seven years. Kit also shod horses full time for 14 years and still shoes horses when he has time.

    Kit and his wife, Terri, currently ranch in La Jara, Colorado, and they have three grown children with two grandchildren on the way. Kit’s experience and expertise is un-matched in Colorado, and he is eager to help buyers and sellers of farm & ranch properties throughout the state achieve their goals and dreams.
